PEM currently operates approximately 1,400 units in metro-Atlanta and has a healthy pipeline of targeted growth in this core market. The Regional Office in Atlanta supports properties throughout the southeastern states.  PEM has a unique and energetic approach to property management that delivers above market results to owners and investors across the country. PEM has the expertise, foresight and infrastructure to stabilize and successfully manage multifamily communities.

Sharon Cauthen, Vice President for PEM-Southeast is spearheading PEM’s growth and operations in the region. A native of Atlanta, Sharon brings over two decades of experience and success to the PEM Team. Nadine Rutherford joins the PEM Southeast team in the role of Regional Asset Manager with direct oversight of the on-site property teams. Nadine’s background in property operations provides the on-site teams with excellent support while producing effective revenue growth.
