HistoryPEM was started 19 years ago with a duplex in the city of Detroit. With the goal of providing a better apartment living experience, PEM grew to over 4,000 apartment units within 12 years before selling the entire portfolio and moving to Arizona in 2005. By the end of 2007, PEM had acquired over 5,000 additional apartment units in Arizona. PEM continues to be one of the fastest growing operators of real estate assets in the United States. Our asset managers and on-site staff are committed to providing the best service to our tenants which in turn fosters satisfaction and improves revenue. PEM has over 19 years experience in the real estate industry including: ownership, management, receivership, consulting and brokerage experience. |
