PEM Real Estate Group currently has real estate holdings including multi-family, retail, commercial and raw land in the following states -- Arizona, California, Florida, Idaho, Michigan, Nevada, Utah, New Mexico, Ohio and Georgia, with previous holdings in Washington and Colorado. PEM also has industrial real estate holdings in Alberta, Canada. PEM Real Estate Group has owned and managed over one billion in assets since the company started.

In addition to our real estate holdings and Fee Management services, we also provide Residential Brokerage Services through PEM Premier Properties, and Corporate Services such as Loan Work Outs and Consulting Services.
